Tuesday October 31st, 2017 at Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris.

The aim of this workshop is to discuss recent advances in computational methods for the study of cell fate, from data analysis to the dynamical modelling of gene regulatory networks, and their application to the study of blood cell specification and reprogramming.

Invited speakers :
Ellen ROTHENBERG (California Institute of Technology, Pasadena)
Vassili SOUMELIS (Institut Curie, Paris)
Claudine CHAOUIYA (Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência, Lisboa)
Thomas GRAF (Centre for Genomic Regulation, Barcelona)
