Research topic
I joined the O. Hyrien laboratory on February 2020 as a post doc. I was trained in physics of matter in Italy. Then I moved to Paris and I did my PhD at the Paris-Saclay university under the supervision of K.Marheineke and A.Goldar, working on the checkpoint-dependent regulation of the replication program in the Xenopus in vitro system. I am currently working on the quantitative analysis of the replication program in the human genome by using FORK-seq, the nanopore sequencing-based DNA replication mapping technique, recently developed by the O. Hyrien laboratory.
